Stainless Black Traditional Patina (cold application)

Stainless Black is made to create a black patina finish on stainless steel.

Clean the metal surface before application. Sanding the surface will help the patina react. Apply by spray or immersion. The solution may be diluted with distilled water but it is usually used full strength. The amount of dilution will depend on your metal and the color desired. A normal dilution range would be between 25% - 50%. Apply a clear sealer. Tinted clear stains are beautiful when applied over this patina.
